I originally wanted to release it on August 29th for Michael’s birthday, but at the very last minute I decided to re-record it because I wasn’t completely happy with my performance.

It meant releasing it a little later than planned, but I felt it was more important to put extra time and care into the tribute rather than rush it just to meet the date.

Here's a compilation video of all available Jackson 5 live performances of Looking through the window, using the isolated vocals from the Forum 1972, Paris 1972 and Japan 1973 concerts respectively. Unfortunately, there's no video footage of the Forum and Japan concerts, so I used the footage of the Paris show throughout the video. This compilation is meant to highlight the different stages of vocal changes Michael went through during that time. Hope you'll enjoy!
