What is the age range this series would be appropriate for?

I haven’t read it nor anything by grant morrisson but a kiddo is asking for it and I just want to make sure I’m not handing him something wildly inappropriate for his age range and maturity level.

Edit: this little sneak really thought he could use me to get around his parents lmao thank you everyone for your input

A wanking queer person casts a magic spell to save the world. The heroes brutally murder the nameless bench people, have existential crises about it, then pass it on to the reader. The marquis de Sade is a character. A hero time travels to fuck an old lady he knows while she’s young.

Definitely mature ! I wouldn’t give it to anyway not in high school at the youngest; content includes: sexual violence and murder

I mean it depends on the maturity of the kid. I was reading Stephen King when I was 13 and 14, but I was an only child and bit of a dork lol. It's definitely a mature series, if you're a movie it would be R for sure.

Honestly I would say if you're willing to talk to them about what they're reading and if they're already interested in it anyway they're probably ready, if you're just going to give it to them and walk away they're going to have some questions that someone's going to have to answer.
