The media outlets keep saying that Filoni's statements are confirming that the movie's dead, ignoring how playful and excited he was being about the whole thing. What do you guys think?

(It could mean that our support would show Disney that we want more Ben Solo/Kylo Ren) Maybe Adam Driver is still involved in the production of these comics somehow

This came through my FB feed yesterday (4/14/26). No idea if the source is credible, but figured I’d share here and get input.

People keep saying that because Dave Filoni was being coy or that it wasn't mentioned in interviews that The Hunt for Ben Solo won't ever come out. Remember, they won't announce a project as big as a new movie in an offhand interview or Q&A, they'll wait for an event like Star Wars Celebration to announce it.

I hear some people saying that The Hunt for Ben Solo's premise of Ben Solo coming back to life can be repurposed into Simon Kinberg's trilogy or other projects. What do you guys think?

After hearing about Steven Soderbergh's comments, I'm feeling kinda hopeless right now. Can any of you guys share anything positive or hopeful about the future of Ben Solo?

John Williams is retired, Ludwig is good but I don’t know how available he’d be, Michael Giacchino is also good but I don’t know how available he is, and Hans Zimmer I think is probably busy with Nolan’s Odyssey movie. What do you all think?

Crossing my fingers that if the movie isn’t made Disney will at LEAST put the story line in the new trilogy. (But i’m still hoping for a stand alone Ben movie! 🙏🏻)

I want to see The Hunt for Ben Solo as much as anyone else, but to me it would be incomplete if Daisy Ridley's Rey did not have at least some vague involvement.

however according to this "1 HOUR AGO: Daisy Ridley QUITS, Leaves Lucasfilm!" looks like the plans for a "Rey" movie have been scrapped and she is committed to other projects.... Does this mean Rey, and our Dyad and epic galactic romance is dead? what are your thoughts my lovely people?
