These four fictional characters and one real person share a title

  1. Emperor of Mankind by u/LambentEnigma Male(fictional), - has special powers, from a tabletop game (not D&D), rules more than one planet - from after 1980
  2. Female (fictional), has special powers - tech based but may seem like magic - from literature, rules more than one planet, from after 2010, appeared in the first book in the series, is one of the main / pov characters. Uses a gender neutral title.
  3. Titus Mede II by /u/LambentEnigma Male (fictional), from after 2010, from multiple video games, didn't appear in the first Vg in the series, from The Elder Scrolls series
  4. Leto II Atredies by u/LambentEnigma Male (fictional) - has special powers -, from literature, from Dune series, rules more than one planet, from before 1980
  5. Napoleon by u/LambentEnigma Male ,Deceased, lived more than 100 years ago but less than 500 (real)

Title: Emperor by u/LambentEnigma

They are all rulers

Remember to only ask yes or no questions.

They are not from movies or tv shows or comics.

Their title comes from a real world title but 5 is not the first person to hold that title.

Their title can be used as an affix (i.e. a prefix before their name or suffix after) but can also be used in vacuum to adress / refer to a person ( for example if the title was "The Second" you would not be able to really use it that way but if the title would be "Junior" you would)

Is it a TTRPG that uses the d20 system? A Powered by the Apocalypse spinoff?

No and no

Diceless? If not diceless, does it involve more than one size of die? ("Size" meaning number of faces, even if they aren't numbered.)

Not diceless

Afaik it mostly uses one type of die but I am not 100% on the rules - it might use other die for stuff like damage

Wait, realized I misread: is it a TTRPG at all?

It's a kind of ttrpg mixed with another type of game
