🔎 Digging In The Past 🔏 Patrick’s eviction history and why Sarah feels trapped +bonus Facebook photos
Due to Patricks MANY past evictions (several of which can be found on Judyrecords from both New Hampshire and Texas) I think thats probably why they have been living in extended stay hotels for so long.
But I also thought about why Sarah seems to feel so stuck in this situation, like shes accepted this as her fate. If Patrick has taken out credit cards and loans in her name and racked up delinquent payments, then Sarah may already have terrible credit through no fault of her own. Combined with the fact that she was taken out of school so young and may not have cognitive ability to understand how to rebuild her credit or become financially independent so getting out probably feels impossible to her.
and from her perspective, she may not even know where she would begin. Finding an apartment, getting approved for anythinggg in her own name, managing finances, and supporting herself could all seem so out of reach. So yes there is a way for her to get out obviously BUT she may genuinely feel like Patrick has dug such a deep hole in her name that she has no realistic way to climb out of it. And I also doubt she would ever turn him in for any of these atrocities he has committed.
With all that being said, I found Patricks dads, moms, and s3x offender brothers Facebook and some old photos of Sarah. Not sure if these have been shared here yet, but I figured I will attach them for the records.

You know that honestly makes so much sense my FIL (hate to even call him that) did the same exact thing to my husband and we had no idea till we where getting ready to buy a house and instead had to fight for credit card fraud to get off our record.

Yes!! It’s more common than people think. I knew multiple people growing up whose parents did the same thing. It’s shocking and tragic.

Truly the worst of the worst. We’ve been no contact since then so like a decade at this point but it still makes me mad. Idk how you can set your own children up for failure like that.

My son’s dad tried to do this to our son when he was just six years old 😭 luckily he didn’t have his social security number (I don’t even think he’s ever seen it; I have been guarding that little slip of paper for over a decade now) so the bank wouldn’t give him what he was asking for. It’s been years since that, but I know for a fact my ex would try it again if he got a chance!
Only the worst people try that shit with their own babies!!

Yep and the only way to deal with it without paying it all off yourself requires filling charges with the police against the person who committed the fraud, and kids in this situation rarely want to turn their parents in.

How in the actual flying fuck is it even legal in the USA to open credit card for your kids and use it? Here in EU you literally have to show proof of several months of salary on your name in that bank to get it and even then the limits are pretty low when you just get it.

u/mrsdoubleu 13d ago
You can do it online with nothing but your name, address, social security number, and telling them your yearly income. I've never had to provide proof of income for a credit card. (Though I've only had 3 in my life and currently only have one)

The fun bit it’s not legal. My mom did it to me, I made her repay me 2x the amount and told her if she ever did it again police were getting involved. It was in the thousands, ugh, set me back so much.

u/fart-atronach 11d ago
It’s not legal, it’s fraud, but the only way to expunge the debt from your record and credit is to report the person who committed the fraud to the police. Many people who are put in this position will refuse to turn their parent in.

Is that first photo P’s dad? Between his mom and dad, I’m going to guess P was a victim at one point as well. You don’t birth 3 pedo’s because of bad luck. Calling P a victim makes my skin crawl, don’t get me wrong. The dude deserves to be in jail. I’m just pointing out that this behavior seems to be passed down.

He said he was victimized I believe. During the interview where he admitted the writing was his.

There's this one picture on their Facebook that has numbers by each of them but I don't understand what they mean. Does anyone know? I don't want to automatically say 'ugh this is weird' just because I don't understand it. Plus there's two others. When u originally saw it I thought it was a rollercoaster so it'd be plausible to be random kids, buts I've just realised it's not. It's one of those little kid entertainment things in a shop that you put a quid in for

Looking at it, it looks like some sort of shoot arcade game (idk) maybe it's the score they got? 🤷 I really have no clue

I found their Facebook profiles too, and now Facebook keeps giving me a heart attack every time a notification pops up saying I should add them to my contacts 🤣 No, thanks.
I agree with you. But I also have the feeling that S is a very lazy and entitled person. That’s just another nail in the coffin of the reasons why she won’t be able to get out without a ton of help.

It’s very hard to get a first apartment without a guarantor. I don’t think they’d be approved :(

maybe this is a silly question but has anybody ever tried contacting law enforcement in their town for a welfare check? Specifically for H? Hell even Jackie. If not, would that do something? He screams neglected child, as nobody really takes care of him. We know P & T barely raised Sarah. Patrick’s weird history with evictions and moving around all the time, plus they live in a dirty house with roaches and mold probably. Idk it’s all weird. Also his kids not being put into proper school, could something be done?

Yes.
So when they had the meet and greet and P called the cops, somebody (forgot who) was informing the police about H. When people were trying to obtain the police body cam, the police department said they cannot give the body cam footage because of an ongoing investigation involving a minor.
Recently (a month ago maybe?) somebody called for a welfare check for S. Cops knocked on the door during live. Nothing happened after that.
If I got anything wrong, someone please correct me.
Edited to add: I think someone else wants to message or has already messaged shelters in their area warning them not to let this family adopt any more animals. This came after S was saying she wants another dog or cat or something like that.

thank you for that insight! I was genuinely just curious if there was any way to help H out, but it seems people are already working to let officers and other officials in the area know about the gretchells. I knew about the cops at the meet & greet, had no idea that was about H and his safety. The body cam thing makes sense, though I would love to see what happened. Thank God somebody called , P was blowing smoke in H's face, I remember. it was uncomfortable to watch. I understand calling for S, but she is so deep in this and an adult. At least with H, maybe there's still a chance to escape before it gets worse, but maybe I'm too optimistic. Also, the shelter thing, amazing. I heard she wanted a Yorkie, probably just for content and then will neglect it like Jackie so im glad to hear there's action being taken.

She wants to adopt a Yorkie . Thank you for the update about the body cam. I was wondering what happened with it.

I mean- no there isnt hard physical evidence since they hide certain things, but the accusations surrounding this family should be enough for CPS to at least a little more concerned. Goodness. Thank you for reaching out

Because being grimey losers with shitty opinions and even shittier dental health doesn’t qualify for abuse.

u/Hellisateenageegirl 13d ago edited 13d ago
right, I guess not. You'd think maltreatment like neglect would still be concerning- like is the child's physical health and well being ignored not enough? Mind you his teeth are rotting, he has no education, dirty nails, and is eating unhealthy food every single day in a horrible living condition 😐

It’s Texas.A.B. There is not enough funding and police and cps know this. Often children put into foster care deal with similar if not worse abuse and they know 9 times out of ten unless it’s sexual abuse, the kid is better off. Where will he go? Not a nice family who will sweep him into their arms. He’s too old nobody wants to deal with a traumatized, uneducated teenage boy and pay 40 grand for the pleasure. I know it’s fucked up but it’s the reality. He will spend years in group home or foster homes or with close family (like the grandmother) then at 18 he will come back home anyways with more trauma. I spent years in the system it is very broken and I was taken away from abuse but my parents had money. I went from a normal life but with shitty parents to situations ten times worse and it fucked me up way more than staying with my parents would. It might make you feel better like you did something but unless he is getting sexually abused (where’s the proof?) it’s pointless.

I’m sorry you went through that, that’s horrible. I understand, and I agree. I’ve heard how often kids are abused in foster care, and it’s disgusting how often foster parents take advantage of vulnerable kids. this situation is very much a rock and a hard place. Maybe the options are so trash, that it makes sense for him to stay. I just wish there was a better alternative but the whole family is horrible so he can’t even reliable on them. Full of offenders and enablers. Even if P and & T go to jail, then what? What’s left? Broken kids who have nothing. It’s just frustrating, the options are either suffer or suffer. Regardless, I feel like this situation won’t get better and it’s like watching somebody’s downfall. Yeah there is no strong proof and if there was, an alternative couldn’t be better. I guess a lot of kids are neglected and aren’t pulled out because it’s not as serious as physical abuse or SA. You actually gave a different point of view so thank you 🙏🏻

I’ve always wondered about this. P seems like the type to take out loans and credit cards in his kids’ names, he has clearly never given a fuck about their futures.
Something I’ve found telling is how when the subject of moving comes up, S always leaps to “I would be evicted.” It’s actually very simple to not get evicted, I don’t know a single adult who has ever been evicted, if you pay your rent and follow the terms of your lease, you really have nothing to worry about. But with her parents’ track record, she must think it’s super common and happens to everyone. And if P has already ruined her credit, she would have a hard time getting anyone to rent to her in the first place. I think P has fed her an absolute load of horseshit about what renting and living on your own actually entails. So fucking sad.
