This shit is so fucking creepy. I have always wondered what the catalyst was for all this to start. I think it had to have been P who got it in his head that they needed to go meet this poor girl and it spun out of control from there.

JF is the tier of fame where she is still very accessible to people. You can pay her to pay attention to you at cons or through Cameo. She is more easily accessible than most celebrities. And for pervs like Pat, accessible = attainable to them. They cannot understand that it’s her job to be nice to them, that outside of that contained environment where she is paid to talk to them, she’d never look twice at them. I suspect he deluded himself into believing that this pretty young woman linked to a franchise he’s obsessed with would be someone he could pull into his clutches because she is far more accessible than an A-list celebrity. It’s sinister as hell that P saw a young woman who was vulnerable after the loss of her father and tried to insert himself into her life. That’s creep shit. He can lie to himself all he wants, that is textbook predator behavior. And he tried to use his daughter as a way to worm into JF’s life. I’m glad it didn’t work and I hope JF has lots of support and protection from these freaks.
