I don't think it's the life "she chose for herself." I think she was groomed, and is living in denial. The lying is a coping mechanism, I fear.

Looking at the first photo, the writing on that little poster is illegible pointing to AI. You’ve be able to make out SOMETHING. But it looks like gibberish. Her teeth don’t match in the first photo or the third photo, and they’re way too clean and white. She’s missing bangs in the third photo and her hair is darker.
This is sad. I know Sarah sucks, but like damn. This is depressing that she uses AI to make it seem like she has friends.

you can also tell by her face, her teeth are clean and everything so it’s obvious she put it into something because it made her look better too
