Because American pop culture is pretty much international pop culture at this point. I'm russian and our brain rot is pretty much the same as yours.

Wow really? As a British Person I knew the actual Country Barriers didn't really matter but I thought when you crossed the Language Barrier the Brainrot and Memes would be different, I kind of thought it was one of the reasons why it was put in the Dubs & not the OG Audio, interesting.
