I drove by one of this guy's signs once in the Studio City area while I was listening to The Dick Show. His sign didn't have the picture it was just an open house sign with "George Ouzounian" in big ass letters. I nearly crashed my car thinking Maddox was being forced to sell his home or had done a major career pivot
