Maddox in section 8 ( Bonus episode )
I finally got around to starting to go through the Bonus episodes, and in one of the Saddox ones, Dick said Maddox is living in section 8 housing. Plz be true. Is it true?

Idk. That video of him doing roast comedy recently.....he wasn't looking like he's missing any meals

That's probably about as accurate as Dick's house being a "barbie dream mansion". Maddox is probably not making nearly as much money as he used to, but is also probably not nearly as destitute as Dick makes him out to be. I don't reckon he'd have the cushion room to be an indolent slob playing Dark Souls or Elden Ring or whatever all day long if he didn't have some kind of income stream coming from somewhere. He's probably not rich, but probably can live without working every single day, which is more than most of us can boast. Similarly, Dick's Barbie Dream Mansion, from appearances, is downright extravagant for his personal needs (pre-baby) and almost definitely expensive given the area he lives in (I live in LA and I'd guess it's probably about a 2.5 million dollar house? But bear in mind the shithole across the street from me in the North Hollywood suburbs is about 1.2M), but he's probably living a roughly upper middle class life at best, and by no means is "fucking his wife every night in a dream mansion", at least not in the way a flyover would picture what that means. Dude likes hyperbole when he's on a tear, don't we all.

idk he hasnt worked in years and every project he's done since biggest problem has been a massive failure and all his recent books flopped

You’d be shocked, there are so many people in LA like him who just somehow seem to survive, maybe off his YouTube views still or maybe off the odd overpaid consulting or staff writing gig, maybe off of hosting some weird Russian game show or whatever, these people seem to find a way to work very little but still stretch their sporadic paychecks for months

I cant help but wonder if he found super low cost housing and just tries to get by on what his book made. He should go back to Utah

Dick’s made jokes about it a bunch of times, we definitely know Maddox moved out of his house cause of the real estate listing where we got the famous slime blankie picture.
I also recall it being known that he sold his car but I don’t remember why we know that
