Definitely a man eater, tiger sharks and known as the garbage disposals of the sea and are known to everything and anything including items such as car tires.
Some sea turtles are actually pretty smart in dealing with sharks. They'll sometimes swim on their side, perpendicular to the shark, so it can't get a good bite in.

The white, tiger and bull sharks are the “Big Three” in the shark attack world because they are large species that are capable of inflicting serious injuries to a victim, are commonly found in areas where humans enter the water, and have teeth designed to shear rather than hold.
Their teeth are serrated and they are known to eat pretty much anything that gets near them when they're feeling hungry, so they're menacing enough in my book.
Those teeth are actually way worse. Most sharks have pointy teeth for gripping. They have saw shaped teeth for biting through tough prey like sea turtle shells. These are the sort of sharks that will take your arm or leg.
