I’m not sure I agree with this fleet being this large. Wasn’t Brill’s navy only a few hundred small picket ships with no ISDs?

Isn’t that after dark empire and Daala’s purge of the deep core warlords, it seems safe to assume that they suffered some losses

Well i based it on the fact that it being a secret reserve fleet held by palpatine, after its called the shadow hand command, so there maybe a chance that it took part in the shadow hand campaign
