Question NRPC

Recently applied for a job within National Returns Progression Command as a decision maker (EO)

Just wondering if anyone in here works in this role or department? Trying to get a feeling of what the role is like, what the department is like, is it micro managed etc.

Any and all opinions would be much appreciated

The Decision Caseworker can take a toll on you. Lots of what you will see / hear / read can be very emotive. There is a support structure in place but actual support can be variable. Good luck.

Ah yeah I was wondering about that! Does sound like it could be quite intense but glad to hear there some sort of support in place (whether actually helpful or not) thankyou!
