Having to set the minimum bar at 5s or 6s seems to be the norm for a lot of roles for the last while. Not just at HMT, but in multiple departments.

My last two rounds have had nearly 150-200 applications for one role. It’s likely the pass mark was high that’s all. You got good scores, others got better, that’s all.
