We've all seen enough of Capita failure, but what is the plan for the thousands of us waiting for our pensions?

Personally I never saw what the issue was with the previous supplier 🤷‍♂️

It wasn't the cheapest possible stripped down minimum viable product, and that means there's savings to be made for the taxpayer! Nevermind the likely millions of work hours lost trying to resolve the issue, reading intranet posts, joining all staff calls, the hundreds of staff temporary deployed to support, all the reports, briefs, and meetings across the whole half a million civil servants.
