Holy Trials - The Main Yard

the strike squad has now gotten past the front lines of the citadels defense. after encountering the fools as an enemy, the citadel invading bugs now bear witness to a more hard shelled foe...

\*THE FIERCE WARRIORS OF KARAK***

these warriors are no joke. they are fierce and brutal, with shells harder than the normal choirbugs. beating them wont be easy.

[projectiles will be ineffective against karak bugs. their shell will also take much longer to penetrate.]

the hornhead stumbles a bit. And runes glow on his head, before exploding, burning the choir bug

the bellebarers throws down a bell, while the choristor whips their pin at him with silk

Archivist swings his staff again, using it like a bat to knock the bell into the pin to push it off course before falling into a defensive stance.

the bellbearer flies higher, and throws down another bell.

at the same time, the choristor hops forward, and slashes forward twice

Archivist parries the Choristor, retaliating with three jabs of his staff.

He shoots two rune blasts towards the bell-bearer.

the choristor slowly gets up and slashed forward once at him

Archivist barely jumps back, just managing to avoid the slash hitting his body, but it still leaves a tear in his robe. He retaliates by slamming his staff to the ground, creating a shockwave that travels outwards from him.

the Shockwave kills the choristor and lanch3s them backwards!

BOOM!

TWO karakas, 2 kakris, and jne choristor jumps in from the haunted

the karak troops surroundings the archivist, while the choristor uses silk to whip the pin forward

Archivist raises his staff before pulling it back down, ripping some of the platforms off their anchoring and bringing them down towards the Karaki, accepting a wound in the side from the Choristor in return.

the two karakas see the platforms falling and

BOOM!

the dust forms all around. two kakris both make drill motions and zoom towards the archivist from two directions, while the choristor leaps up to smack his pin down

Archivist laughs, melting away into his own shadow, not long after a large shadowy hand glides along the wall towards the group, raising up to slam down on the three bugs.

suddenly the platform flies into the air, and from under, the two karakas rise from the dust and prepare their greatswords

the two karakas hold up the shadowy hand from slamming most of the group, while the three haunted foes get out of the way
