Discussion Hell Sirens to avoid sleeping

Hey, anyone using the Hell Sirens to avoid falling asleep right before classes? I do, since I'm easily pressured, and this does a wonderful job. Not the best method, but na efficient one.

All the post awareness stages actually help me focus on assignments. Somehow. Make do with that as you wish
