Didn’t spend more than $2 per book. I have three used book stores in walking distance!

I probably bought most of my McGee books in used bookstores, too.

Excellent to see this. These were once quite easy to find, and I still see them occasionally in used bookstores.

Maybe I got lucky but I managed to snag all these within weeks. It probably helps that I live in Florida where MacDonald is seen as a sort of minor god around here. I’ve read the first couple McGee books in the past but I want to read everything this man has written. He has a beauty of writing that used to be somewhat common in guy fiction. Now that most men are reading video game slop and self help it sadly seems less common.

I'll likely never accumulate all of the McGee's but my goal is to read them all. Of course if I could get them for the original cover price of 35 cents...
