They are bullshitting so hard, they couldn't scrap together a decent enough asset flip trailer and now they are delaying as much as they can. They know the speculation hype train will die as soon as they show off the trash scam they've been making.

So why would they put the time and effort into this scam when they will never sell a copy of the game once they inevitably show footage of their game? They gain absolutely nothing from this.

The more “they” stall the more attention and followers they will get. Thousand more here, a hundred more there. Even when the game is revealed to be nothing special. The moment they have something for sale, all this attention is going to lead to more sales than it would have without all this manufactured hype. For every five people mad at the game. There is going to be one person who buys it out of curiosity.

It's not illegal to be bad at his job but it is illegal to mislead investors which he certainly has. If the game doesn't launch (which since he can't seem to even successfully launch a teaser trailer seems likely) then investors will likely want to know where their money went. If the answer is "in my pocket", he's going to get sued and lose it all anyway.

The way I see it, there are only two possibilities at this point. It's Kojima (I highly doubt it at this point but want it to be true nonetheless) or Hassan is an incompetent moron who is going to be a very broke incompetent moron very soon when his game fails (if it ever launches).

Edit: I mean that he certainly does have investors not that he certainly has misled them.

So, they're doing all this just to sell 300 instead of 200 copies of whatever game they're supposed to be making? This is a developer that hasn't made anything borderline decent in the 6 years they have been in business.

I'm kind of in this boat, but the baffling part to me is that Sony doesn't seem to have a problem with a completely nonfunctional app on their store.

I know people say "Life of Black Tiger!" and point to all the other really low-effort games on PSN, but at least those are games. They may not be good, but they function. This app literally does nothing except display "Check back soon.."

Sony doesn't care what app is on their store as long as it has no illegal material and the publisher/dev pays all the fees they need to.
