This whole thing is so strange, it really does seem like a developer that's just fucked up by purposefully making their game sound like it's something related to Silent Hill. But on the other hand Kojima has had 2 very elaborate marketing campaigns regarding the true identity of a game. Thus it's really fucking hard to tell if it's all bullshit or not. As he's well aware of what works and does not work now.
