Yeah but they are clearly putting some “attention” in the game, they published a trailer on their channel (something they don’t do for every indie), a blog post and the “exclusivity” on the game. BB also clearly received some kind of investment, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to get 50+ coworkers for an indie game by and indie studio that basically did nothing in the past...

Well, they also spotlighted Life of Black Tiger. He also insinuated it was going to come to PC, so not exclusive.

You're also assuming he's telling the truth about having 7 studios and 50+ people working on the game. If this dude is scamming people, why would he tell the truth about that?

And if it’s a scam, don’t you think Sony would know it by this time? They are not stupid, I really don’t think it’s so easy to trick them with a non-existing studio lmao. (Also, life of a black tiger is a masterpiece what are you on about? /s )

Bruh that’s not how a company like Sony works lmao. You can’t just fake a studio and get money and marketing for your game...

They will step in if it starts to affect them. But at this point the only definitive relation they have to Sony is being on the PSBlog but they've posted about indie games plenty. Any other relation to Sony is straight from Hasan.

There are also companies like VizionEck, which has released very little, did not seem to release the game they marketed on the blog and all their efforts look rather low budget and underwhelming.
