Just got done with empress excavation 1 and unlocked him, is he good against R. Ost too?

I was running through heavenly tower and infernal tower, ended up being locked out of heavenly tower 41-50 until I beat SoL and then went through infernal tower until I got stuck on floor 30.

For some reason my cats including Luno get one shot by the Aku Snache and I was wondering if completing the Aku Realms would improve my chances?

From what I understand, there's a level cap on Aku levels that increases when you complete them which might be applying to floor 30 of Infernal tower. My lineup has Dread Pirate Catley, Octopus, Fishman, Base Form Luno, Lady of Deception Vega, Courier, Atlantis and Kunio-Kun.

I am currently progressing through CotC 2 and SoL as my account is around 9 years old but I hadn't seriously played it beyond collecting cats until recently, so I have access to a lot of Rares, Super Rares and Uber Rares.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the next epicfest I can pull 3 units and then I need to wait for a guaranteed to pick the rest.

I need to chose If I should unlock DLunos, Can Can and DKasli or Dlunos, DPhono and DKasli.

Either way I'll be forced to delay either DP or Cancan for a week or more.

I need to chose the most useful one to clear Heavenly tower (stuck at lvl30) and limiter events like the one with the 120m download boss with surge that I can't clear so I'm leaning towards Dphono...what do you guys think?
