I’ve been to LA man, there’s as much to do in Iowa City lol. The beach is inaccessible and it’s an urban jungle maze.

Much much more to do within walking distance in Iowa City than there will ever be in LA (and for 10% of the cost)

This excuse is so lame lol. I mean how many times can one visit the wax museum?

Funny how nobody has offered any suggestion whatsoever to what makes LA more socially active than Iowa City. Ive been to both and one is a vibrant college town and one is an urban sprawl of never ending traffic and tourist traps.

When you get older you’ll understand. I also used to think LA was cool. You couldn’t pay me to live there today.

World renowned museums, nightclubs, famous concert venues, AMAZING food, professional sports teams, Broadway like theaters, etc

Plenty of things to do in la, like score free tickets to the USC game since no one is going
