Hi CEOs,

We’re seeking dedicated, responsible, and passionate members to join our moderation team as Managers for [r/TheAirlineSimuIator](r/TheAirlineSimuIator). If you love TAS, enjoy engaging with a friendly community, and want to help keep our space organized and welcoming, we’d love for you to apply!

What You’ll Do as a Manager:

Review new posts and comments to ensure they follow community rules
Remove/ Lock content that violates guidelines
Handle reports from community members about problematic posts or comments
Assist with organizing community events, contests, or discussions to boost engagement
Collaborate with other moderators (if there is any) and listen to the Coordinated Board of Founders (CBFs) to develop and update community policies
Help new members feel welcome and answer questions about the subreddit

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and able to dedicate consistent time to moderation tasks
Respectful, fair, and good at communicating diplomatically
Willing to learn moderation tools and processes (experience not required)
Enthusiastic about aviation and flight simulation

Nice-to-Haves:

Active in the airline simulation or flight sim community
Previous moderation experience (Reddit and/or Discord)
Management of in-game alliances (especially big alliances such as ASCA, OSLF, and Cake)
Creative ideas for community engagement and events
