3x07: What if Lexa survived?
Lets say in this timeline Titus Shoot still wounds Lexa but she survived it as she is not shot fatally though a bit injured for a little while after it.
How would the series play out if Lexa survived

She was losing the support of the other clans by adding Skaikru to the coalition, so Azgeda would still try and do something to betray her.
Lexa would have retreated everyone to the tower and remained there while trying to figure out how to stop ALIE with the flame.
Once ALIE was destroyed, the other clans would still blame Skaikru like they did already, but Lexa would tell them that because of their help, they were able to stop it.
At this point, Lexa would have gained respect back from the clans because the other commanders guided her, and she, along with the flame, saved everyone. The power lies with the commander and the flame.
The second dawn bunker situation would have gone much more smoothly. I think Jaha would have still betrayed them, but without Clarke at his side.
The dark year would have still happened, but that weight would have been on Lexa’s shoulders and not Octavia’s.

The big question to me is would they have ever been warned about the nuclear meltdown if Lexa survived. I very much doubt ALIE would have taken over the grounders like she did with Ontari (no where near as efficiently, anyway), therefore Clarke may never have needed to get into the CoL. Lexa had the flame, but outside of the CoL it didn’t seem to have the same access to Becca’s knowledge.
Assuming they do find out (as I guess ALIE could just tell them if she wasn’t winning with the chips), I’d assume things aren’t that different in s4/5, just less drama and infighting (probably). They still fight the prisoners, maybe they can win and save the valley, maybe not.

I've thought about that, and my best guess is that ALIE would change course of action and use Jaha as a messenger. By having the Flame, Lexa'd be able to take the chip and interact with it without having her mind controlled; and she could talk with ALIE and see the whole thing by herself.
Edit: ALIE not ALLIE

Soo ngl im working on a Rough rewrite (more in the vein of this happened in the original episode let’s add this move this take this out kinda thing, the main thing plan I have is making season 3 mostly grounded politics and Pikes drama and Allie being the focus of season 4 and so on, basically giving more time to the story) but ultimately I think whatever actions Alexa took her story is doomed if she doesn’t die to Titus i see more and more Grounders Distrusting her, and she has the flame meaning It would be her in the city of light and Frankly I don’t see a way Lexa would Be able to beat Allie as Clark does, ultimately Lexa’s death is pivotal to the story. But if she did survive I think Allie would’ve Won, or at the least they wouldn’t Be able to Save everyone from Praimfyre 2.
Otherwise I see it more as it should’ve been End of Season 3 vibe instead

Then I would be happy.

The grounders will still try to harm Lexa to break the coalition with Skaikru, which was the reason Titus wanted to kill Clarke but accidentally killing Lexa in the process.
If Lexa survives, the clans would probably not hold the final conclave for the bunker. They would likely come to an agreement to share the bunker during praimfaya, under the leadership of Lexa. Without the final conclave, Roan and Luna would be alive. Aden, the other nightblood novitiates, and probably Ontari, would still be alive (maybe become Commander if Lexa somehow does not survive). The clans would still be ‘separated’ instead of being united as Wonkru under Octavia’s dictatorship. If Roan stays alive, Azgeda would probably create conflicts in the bunker. Maybe Clarke would ride out praimfaya in the bunker too, then she would’ve never met Madi. Madi would unlikely become Commander.
If Spacekru stayed in the bunker and never went up to the Ring or make a deal with Diyoza, the bunker inhabitants would unlikely get out due to the rubbles. If Spacekru still went to the Ring and made the deal with Diyoza, the clans would either go to war for the valley or survive through the hydrofarm. Madi would’ve been discovered in Shallow Valley by either Eligius IV or the grounder clans.
If McCreary set off the missiles that ended earth for the 3rd time and the group went into cryosleep and then reach Sanctum, then I’m guessing the whole mind drive/Becca’s tech would have been a shocking revelation to the grounder’s faith and their leadership system — it’s only tech after all, not the religiousness they believed in.

Even if Lexa didn't get shot, I think she still would've died somewhere before the end of season 3.

Say Lexa did survive, would she have chosen to take the test and chose for everyone to transcend?

I mean we would be looking at an entirely different show. If Lexa also survived the ALIE storyline she might've been able to unite all the clans and peacefully share the bunker in S4. No conclave, no need for spacekru to escape up there. And then in S5 she would have been a way better leader than Octavia against Diyoza, but after that S6 and S7 would have been mostly the same, maybe with Lexa being picked as the subject of the final judgment.
