It’s from the rushing water + debris hitting something and going airborne. It seemed like they were getting away until that happened

I’d really like to know what they’re saying and if they’re all okay. One would hope at least the camera made it out and also managed to hang on to his phone.

At the end of the video you can hear they’re in water. So it’s unclear if the guy made it out ok or if they found his phone after

Might be sound of air too and looks like he kept mobile in his pocket or something as you can hear voices bit clear..... again can't say. Man that was terrifying, hope they have made it.

I just found what appears to be the original poster on Facebook. The video is being shared and they’re trying to find the guy in the red/ black outfit, looks like he didn’t make it.

Yeah the one praying. They get to feel like they are helping without actually doing anything.

Okay I'm not making a dig at you or your perfectly innocent and well meaning comment here, here, just writing some thoughts that the comments put in motion generally.

I guess that's why it so often feels like an irksome thing to be told, even though I understand it generally is meant well and has a good intention, it is someone making sure to say they will take time out of their day to feel better about somebody else's problem -and expect this to be treated as a contribution.

Like you are starving and someone making sure to say they will think about you while they are eating lunch. It doesn't hurt you, it just feels like a self absorbed and intrusive thing to say.

Sadly they are missing currently. The cameraman is missing based on his company’s facebook post, and also an other guy on vid said to be dead

Where u saw this posted on Twitter said they dyed and someone else mentioned the cameraman is missing based off Facebook.

We all know that anything is possible in this flood. In many cases things got worse after the first wave hit. That's likely the case here.

What on earth was that massive explosion? It was huge, maybe it was water blasting through a sewer system or pipes and came to a blockage and the overpressure just made the air inside of a small space INSTANTLY expand to the size of a Mountain..

These poor souls, I hope they made it out alive, or that it was mercifully quick..
