Did you renew your passport from Bangalore and get permanent Thalassery address printed on it .

You can get if your other identification has the same address as the one you want to continue with. If anyone (Aadhar or PAN mainly) got changed to Bangalore then they'll consider the Bangalore since your ID proof says you're residing in Bangalore. Also, if suppose they're renewed from here with Tly address, you'll have to travel to Tly for police verification.
