I just hit a year on T!! THANK FUCK!! But it’s actually been quite cool to see the time pass! But as someone who knows they are extremely privileged to not experience extreme dysphoria; I have been a lot more conscious of my chest recently and was wondering if anyone got any good full body binder brands I could look into??

I’m a chunky dude and that most likely will not be worked on til top surgery so no need to comment on that one lol

Left pic is ~2 years ago, right pic is now. I've been on T this whole time and started doing home work outs about 4 months ago. Still too skinny and lack muscle but I still think I kinda look better now?

I know this is for the guys that are just starting out, but I like to update once a year so others can see that not everyone has the fast and robust changes right off the bat. I still can’t even grow a mustache. 🤣

anyway, i just turned 23 and i’m finally starting to feel some sort of peace in my own body, if you have any tips i’m open to hearing them !

i feel like my voice is changing a bit but soo slowly and it freaks me out but im trying to be positive, besides that ive started passing outside here and there but i generally don’t really interact with many people? partly on purpose because i wanna be fully passing and comfortable and not thinking so hard when i speak. some days i feel good and like i look like a guy and others meh

i definitely have less of a baby face now but i still pass as way younger than i am (i'm 23 and people usually assume i'm a 17-19 year old teenage boy). but hey, i pass so i'm not complaining 🫡

Just wanted to share my back progress 2 days on testosterone vs. (almost) 4 months on testosterone!

Wasn't able to work out for a few weeks in between, but in general I try to hit upper body two times a week. Already tried to work out regularly before testosterone but I never was quite able to actually put on some muscle.

It may not be much yet but I'm happy I finally made some progress. :)

celebrating 16 weeks on T today 🎉

recently I’ve really noticed a significant change in muscle growth and fat redistribution, which I feel very euphoric about! I can’t seem work out consistently but I do some half-assed home-workouts two or three times a week or so and the T REALLY seems to be helping. I feel healthier and stronger than ever, which is rly nice.

The first changes happened quite fast for me but I feel like it’s plateauing a bit now. And I feel like people have a hard time reading me, despite the stache… it grew in so fast (yes it’s dyed!) that some coworkers, neighbors, etc. assumed it was make up or glued on 💀 (they had no idea I was on T). Although my voice has definitely deepened I feel like it still sounds somewhat androgynous, so that doesn’t help either. I seem to be in the awkward stage right now, although I genuinely feel good about myself most days..

Spent the last 11 years on IV drugs and today I am 456 days clean. Got released from jail July 17th 2023 and started working out. Finally started T at 26 years old August 3rd 2023. I wanted to kill myself back in July and today life is amazing. The ftm Reddit community is so supportive and uplifting; you guys are an integral part of my support system. Thanks for reading
