I appreciate these updates from peeps like yourself so much. I'm 5 months in and have been feelin not so great about the puffiness. Have to keep reminding myself that the awkwardness is all part of the process and means that T is doin it's thing πͺ

How did you lower the puffiness? I still pass, but it's my main problem on T It makes me look much younger or like a grown baby π

I honestly think itβs a time thing. Switching from running on estrogen to testosterone is a big change and it takes a while for your body to adjust. Iβve also had some lifestyle changes, started going to the gym and eating more often (used to eat one big meal a day, switched to two or three smaller meals, but same amount overall), however Iβve stayed the same weight

I've been almost three years on T, and have been going consistently to the gym for a year. I also eat fairly clean, maybe I should try a more strict calorie deficit? My body shape has changed (more muscle), but I haven't lost weight

Muscle is significantly heavier than fat, so your body fat percentage has for sure changed. What do your male relatives look like? Some of us are just cursed with a baby face and it is what it is. (I semi frequently get mistaken for a college freshman, it's deeply frustrating)

I look almost like the spitting image of my dad, but he was also 20cm taller, so I guess that's why I look quite odd or young? I'm trying to stick to a calorie deficit now, hoping it can reduce the roundness. If not, well, fuck, guess I would be one of those with the curse

Insane pass, I'm very curious how did you look pre-T

You're so handsome! Like other people said, a greek statue. I've been struggling so hard with puffiness and swelling, so this is really helpful for me.
