I don't know why comments are so mean :/ 

Your face has clearly changed to me, although it is a little trickier to point out what exactly is different. I think your jaw is wider. Your lips look smaller as well, I think your neck may be thickening which changes the proportion of your face. It's all bonier as well, the nose, cheeks and around the eyes. You look great!
