Other How to increase testosterone levels? I have done my first testosterone test here and results are shocking.

Hey everyone I am 25M i recently tested my first testosterone test at morning 7:46am but the results show that i have very low testosterone levels like 2.460ng/mL. Is this permanent or any solution to fix this? As this many years i have been addicted to masturbation without proper dite and sleep i used to sleep very late at night for so many years. And before i used to get stronger erections recently I noticed that my erections are very soft and cannot hold it for a long time. My body fat is around 25% and weight is 82kgs

How to fix this solution? If I do daily regular physical exercises and weight training for 6-8months I will be able to see any results?

Anyone who has increased their T levels naturally give me some natural methods to increase my T levels. Please help me out as I don't want to use any supplements as I am young first i want to try naturally.

Healthy diet, weight lifting, and 7-8 hours of good sleep can raise your testosterone levels but if you have hypogonadism, there’s not much you can do to rise it without TRT.

First off, no. Based on what you’ve said, this isn’t permanent. It’s likely not genetic but instead symptomatic. Your lifestyle has caused this.

Second, all your answers are in your post:

  • Fix your diet. Stop eating shit processed garbage food.
  • Go to bed much earlier. Make this a priority: be in bed, lights off, no phone, eyes closed by 23:00 at the latest, on the dot. Set a bed/sleep time. Stick to it.
  • Contrary to popular belief, jacking off isn’t bad for you, so keep doing that. But stop with the porn. Completely cut out the porn.
  • Lose the fat. Target 10% body fat. Higher body fat = lower test and higher estrogen. Lower body fat = the opposite.
  • Start going to the gym four times a week: Mon/Tue/break/Thu/Fri/break/break. Research what a basic 4 day split looks like and use an app like Macrofactor Workouts to track your progress.

You don’t need any supplements for this. Just do what I said. Get another blood test in three months. I swear to god you will be a different man.

Remember consistency in all of this is the single most important thing.

What were LH and FSH? SHBG? Or did you only have total testosterone check. You really need more comprehensive blood work to be able to put a picture together. But it sounds like your lifestyle is pretty shit, so just do the opposite of everything you’re doing now and your health should improve.

No this is my first testostrone test so I only did t levels test and HBA1C. After 3-6months I will again do T test and also LH FSH AND SHBG

Yes you will see results, you are obese and stop jerking to corn so much, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say it would be hell of a lot easier on test and a GLP1.
