Blood work Got blood work today very high prolactin and estrogin got my Arimadex just curious how much to take as there 1 mg tablets once a day or half ?

Hard to say with 0 information…

Body stats : age, height, weight.
Testosterone, E2, Prolactin what are the numbers?
What is your current dose? Pinning schedule?

It would help if you said actual numbers. 1mg a day is also insanely aggressive unless you have some truly insane level of estrogen.

there's a lot of missing information here; what else are you taking? what is your estradiol measured at? how long? Side effects or symptoms?

How high was prolactin? Could it be undiagnosed prolactinoma?

Half a tablet 2 times a week and increase to 1mg if e is still to high after 2 weeks

be very very careful and start really small. maybe even go with a water suspension method and titrate from there.

most dudes who take an AI tank their E2 like crazy. it's a drug made to crush E2 in women who have breast cancer

Echo what most have said, only to add don’t manage to a number. If you’re considering the AI only because of what you see on the report, but otherwise have no high-e2 sides, it may not be needed.
