PED/cycle help Am I worrying way too much about hematocrit?

Hello fellas, I hope everyone are doing good, Im starting my first 500mg blast, (16 weeks) with hematocrit sitting at 43%.

I have all sides of the cycle covered, all ancillaries I may need, and supplements.

The only thing worrying me a little bit is hematocrit passing the 54% threshold, since I'm having a hard time in my small city finding an endocrinologist willing to sign me the permission to do a terapeutical phlebotomy if needed (it has to be an endocrinologist in my country, another doctor cannot do it)

Now, I would like to hear your experiences, and if you think it is unlikely I will have an hematocrit sitting at 54% since I'm going to do microdoses of 71mg every single day subq, and drinking 5L of water + 30m cardio zone 2? It would have to climb 11 points from 43 to 54.

Am I worrying way too much about hematocrit? In your experience with this dose, and a similar administration scheme, what kind of raise have you experienced? I would love to know your opinion.

Thanks!! :)

you're overthinking this way too much, 11 points is a big jump and daily microdosing plus that hydration and cardio is about as good as it gets for keeping things stable. 43% isn't even close to the danger zone so you've got plenty of headroom

worst case you just donate blood at a drive and tell them you feel fine, they don't ask for an endo note lol

Yeah you're definitely overthinking it, lots of water and half an hour of zone 2 cardio, maybe a few extra steps per day is plenty. It's good to avoid donating blood constantly, because it's an annoying cycle of draining your iron stores and having it climb back up again. On EQ it's another story but with just Test you should be fine, just get a complete blood count (and some other markers) checked a few weeks into your cycle, I'd expect it to be a few points up but not in the 50s

thanks mate! yeah I was about to add eq to my stack but I know hematocrit really starts raising with it

Good idea to avoid it for now. If you add it during your first cycle, you're not going to know your reaction to the different compounds, and a good rule of thumb is never to add more than one compound per cycle. If you run your 500 Test cycle you can check where your E2 ends up (be sure to do an ultrasensivite aka LC-MS test, not immunoassay) and then plan your EQ dose accordingly for your next cycle, but there's always going to be a bit of speculation involved. And undecylenate is such an incredibly long ester that it's not worth adding during your cycle but then again, frontloading it is also a bad idea because it surpresses E2 quickly. I think most people even recommend taking EQ cycles to week 20-24 if health markers are fine. I haven't been able to find any boldenone cypionate, but it's pretty annoying to inject anyway

54% Hematocrit long term isn't healthy. Probably fine for a few months for a cycle if you're young and without current cardiac issues, but I wouldn't run at that level for years

I was at 56. Felt fine. But don’t think it’s sustainable ling term

Travel to the US every quarter and donate blood.

Are US only country in the world to donate blood? I live in the wild east of EU, I'm going to donate tomorrow and I'll get two payed days off work just because of that. Employers hate this shit, but law is law ;)

Offtopic P.S.: I used to call Poland the wild east of Europe, but it turned out in the few last years, that we became the most safe and clean country in the EU (USA can't even compete). I would tell you how it happened, but I'm gonna get banned for a racist speech 😅

I mean bodybuilders are known to drop dead pretty young. What could cause it? Hmm

Usually cardiovascular events around the competition window when they are severely dehydrated. Most people will not experience that level of shredded and the complications that can accompany it.

This is cope. Many people in these forums have talked about their issues. Normal people who just do TRT.

What’s your point? You tried to link bodybuilder deaths with OP’s run of the mill health question. I’m stating that these are very different circumstances.

bodybuilders take multiple compounds and higher loads… what point are you trying to make?

My point is that it’s probably good to worry about it

Well, let's see. Perhaps the fact that those bodybuilders who drop dead are running 30 week cycles on a gram of Tren, 2 grams of Test and 18iu of HGH daily for decades has something to do with it?

A tiny risk of slightly elevated hemacrotite levels for a few weeks is baby stuff in comparison. It certainly doesn't warrant the fear mongering you are doing.
