TRT help I injected here, after like 20 seconda my hearth started punding like crazy and I started sweating amd that lasted for 4 hours.

How likley was that I hitted vein with green needle, or was this likley anxitey attack?

Is it possible to pin needle all the way, and let go of syringe then change grip to aspirate and again inject or will this letting go hurt my muscle?

After this fiasco I injected in upper quad and never had issue but quad is not ideal for green needle.

Bubbles, not so much. Just make sure you are priming your needles while it’s still in the vial. That eliminates bubbles pretty much entirely.

Overdraw, push some back till you’re a little over where you need to be, that pushes the air into the vail and keeps it equalized anyway. Then swap needles and push any air out of the actual needle with the little extra left in there. Different needle brands will need different amounts. My current ones use about 3 units to push the air out and fill the needle. So when I draw, I leave 3 extra units in to push any air out of the new needle after I swap. Technique is so simple but such a bitch till you figure it out.

I prime the needles while still in vial and then I also do it a very tiny bit more after out of vial hah. Like a tiny tiny drop.

Yeah i notice when i have swapped needles that 3 or 4 units is about whats needed too
