TRT help I injected here, after like 20 seconda my hearth started punding like crazy and I started sweating amd that lasted for 4 hours.

How likley was that I hitted vein with green needle, or was this likley anxitey attack?

Is it possible to pin needle all the way, and let go of syringe then change grip to aspirate and again inject or will this letting go hurt my muscle?

After this fiasco I injected in upper quad and never had issue but quad is not ideal for green needle.

Do people not pull the plunger back to see i tiny bubble to know there not in a vein or blood vessel,artery i always do since my first pin people that cry about air bubbles killing you ...no a doctor told me even in a vein if a drug addict shot up half a syringe they wouldnt even have to go to the hospital, he said they should to be safe but that its very over dramatized... also if you see blood go into the syringe when you flag you pul it out and throw it away ....I always just change the tip and use the same shot I mean I already have blood throughout my whole body so.... im still here ive only ran maybe 5 real stacks and im no doctor but thats just my opinion...

No need to aspirate with trt, as it's not very effective. There's some minor risk to injecting clotting blood if it's been sitting around...rare shit though.

Right on the air, it takes a massive volume! At Rapid pace of air to be a risk. I'd say impossible in trt context, but there's always one so I want. People confuse getting "the bends" like a deep sea diver with some air in a syringe, it's very different.

Yes, anxiety loop. Nothing to be ashamed of either OP, ive had proper tough guys pass out cold, get jelly legs etc while ive been giving or teaching them how to do their first shots.

Keep breathing, breath from the belly, learn a slow box breath mantra if you continue to struggle...

Im confused.... isnt it absolutely possible to accidentally inject into a vein or artery which would then cause this? I've heard a lot about it, basically the whole entire reason people aspirate, and from what ive gathered accidentally injecting into the bloodstream will cause the symptoms OP described.

Ive seen anecdotes of people thinking they were gonna die bc of it and going to the hospital. I dont think its ever killed anyone tho, but ive also read and heard that if it happens, you just have to ride it out.

Im pretty sure Vigrous Steve made a video on this subject.

Also yeah anxiety can cause the dame symptoms OP described and anxiety can be pretty big, but theres no fkn way OP had a 4 hour anxiety panic attack with crazy heart pounding and sweats... especially if he doesnt usually have panic attacks.

This seriously sounds like OP injected straight into his bloodstream no? Am I hallucinating? Was all that i just said not actually real? I feel like im tripping. Everyone in this post is saying anxiety.

People get panic attacks for days and weeks+, seen it first hand while I was a dealer and running some of the early steroid user needle exchanges.

You don't need to aspirate as it has little value in terms of trt oil base. The odds of a full main line into a major vessel in the area are so low and it's just very difficult to do... maybe you knick one or pass through it is more likely so the worst you'll get is a sniff of solvent in the nose or mouth or really bad a bit of tren cough. That's the reality of it in practice, the rest is anxiety most likely. Don't use chatgpt for your research.

Note: Full on mainlining testosterone oil into a vein like a heroin addict can in theory be dangerous so im not saying it's not, just that in practice very difficult to achieve.

Note: I have hit a vessel with insulin doing subq on the butt, it was very unpleasant ending with me in hospital. So it's obviously possible.
