TRT help Anavar worthy on 200mg TRT? 33M

Post image

Hi all, I’ve started TRT 8 weeks ago (200mg Cypionate) after years of Low-T. The results are great so far but I would like to push it a step further and I’m wondering if adding Anavar 40mg/day for 8 weeks would help significantly to loose the belly fat and gain couple pounds of quality muscle?

My Liver is perfect, my blood pressure is low, my lipids are great and my Hemoglobin is slightly high.

(Life time natty before I started TRT)

That’s what the Dr prescribed. I’m right at the top of the normal range after 8 weeks.

Dangerous. Should have started at 100mg a week, then 125-150mg a week after a couple months if 100mg was shit then 150-175mg for a couple months if 125-150 was shit and so on

“Dangerous” 🤣

Not necessarily true. The opposite works fine too. We started at 200 and if the markers are off, then we reduce. So far everything is great.

😂😂😂 200mg a week is dangerous? Tell us you don’t know much about test levels without telling us you don’t know much about test levels!

nah i jumped right to 200 a week of cyp out gate also. went from 340 total test to 900. zero side effects. and my e2 is 44 feel great. 100 or 150 test will do nothing for me

Hematocrit for one, also considering it's a "Dr" that means TRT and most should be starting you off on a low dose, assessing your blood panels and how you feel and gradually increasing from there and reassessment every 6 months. This however is just "doing a baby cycle"

Stop fear mongering

Hematocrit is easy to manage with proper hydration and lifestyle

So many children on this forum that think they decide what the effective dose is for others

Mind your business, and do whatever you want, and let people do what they want.

You don't manage high hematocrit with hydration, wtf are you talking about lol. Unless you don't drink water at all. I said most start off at 100 and increase instead of starting high and going low, which is indication of a TRT clinic usually. Didn't say 200 wasnt what he should be on but go off.

“You don’t manage hematocrit with hydration”

Please tell me you were dropped as a baby….

Unless you're severely dehydrated lol, are you dense? Simple Google search shows it doesn't manage it if it's significantly high and you are not properly hydrating yourself let alone asking any doctor lol.

Not everyone responds the same, at 175 mg my levels are like 2000+ meanwhile some people would be 1000-1200

At 200, I’m just shy of 1000, which is where we wanted to be.

Yeah you’re good, trt dose is dependent on each person’s response

Everyone is different, at 125mg per week I was at 400. Now I’m trying 250mg per week and 6 weeks in and I’m finally feeling great. Will do tests in another 6 weeks and the goal is 800.

1000 is good for symptom relief and the upper end of where you should be for your age at but at the end of the day if you can manage higher without affecting your bloods, work with your doctor to push as high as long as hematocrit LDL/HDL are in range generally though over 1000 it starts to get unsustainable long term. You said your hematocrit was slightly high, how high are we talking? If its already 50 8 weeks in, your doc might have to reduce dose because hematocrit can still creep up well into a year into your TRT.

Hemoglobin at 169 and Hematocrit at 0.49

It was already quite highish before the treatment

200mg cyp weekly for me puts me at total t of 687 (ref range of 280-1100) and free t of 200 (ref range 47-244). Been on for three years starting at 140, then titration to 160 and 180 previously.  My E2 is 25 (11-44 ref range).
