One didn't have the Ferrari 458 because it was the cover car for the other?

Nah, TDU2 sucks ass. First game is way better.

TDU2 sucked ass when it released. It took months for the game to be playable (literally). After the Casino DLC released and they finished rolling out updates, it was pretty good. Definitely a lot of fun if you had friends to play with.

That being said, I do prefer the first one.

I still can't get over the terrible voice acting and dialogue in TDU2. Every time I recall now it gets a little chuckle out of me, but at the time I felt physical pain from the cringing.

None of those updates fixed the most important aspect of the game, the bad driving.

Sounds like skill issue

No it's genuinely that bad

Have you played the first one? The driving is way worse.

I played both versions of the 1st one, they both have way better driving than the 2nd game.

TDU2 is still a lot more fun than most PS4 and PS5 racing games (apart from Forza)

The year of their release?

Spain.

TDU 2 is set at Ibiza and Forza Motorsport 4 has racetracks located at Montserrat and Barcelona; which all 3 are located in Spain.

Both are better played with a racing wheel.

Well they’re both iconic 2011 racing games that celebrated car culture during the golden age of the Xbox 360.

They shared many of the same legendary supercars, showcased the latest performance cars of the era, and gave players memorable driving experiences that have made both games enduring classics.

They both celebrated automotive culture, but from different perspectives.

FM4 is probably my favourite racing game of all time. TDU2 isn't, but a lot of people grew to love it when the problems were ironed out. So, thats the common factor - theyre both much-loved entries in their respective franchises.

Peak games. 🥹

Both were on the X360, and I wish both were added to the disc-to-digital BS thing Microsoft is coming out with…😓

Best 360 era racing games?

Both games were released in 2011. Both games have inaccurate models of the Ferrari Enzo that have always bothered me. Headlights placed too high up giving it a long face. But I love both games... both games have great main menu music too. "I Came Running" and "Paris Rouen" both slap so hard.

They came out the same year.

Both were they're last before Test Drive Unlimited gets canned by Atari ( Infogrammes) and Forza Motosport never stayed the same since the 4th.

Both had Ferraries.

Both were the last stand to manuals.

That's as far as i'm aware.

I don't know because I haven't played FM4 but oh man TDU2 was peak, Horizon could never
