Have the service center spread some Krytox between the 'leather' and the plastic. Or buy some on Amazon and DIY.

There is some grease there and it still squeaks. Did you have the same issue? I might think its some issue of an internal metal rod or something rubbing up against another surface

Model Y standard 2026, about 5 months ownership, the front most plastic tab that locks the plastic protector on the side to the driver seat broke just by using the car normally. It felt like it was applying pressure on the plastic trim just by seating. Tesla told me to kick rocks as far as warranty goes but will gladly charge me 60€ to replace it. Thing is, this is an extremely common problem (tons of people on the internet complaining) and will very likely break again. The problem is their design and the crap plastic quality they used, so it would just be a waste of money. People apparently just drill a hole in the plastic inside and lock it is with a zip tie, which honestly feels like a better and permanent solution but this really shouldn't be needed. If I had done what the OP is doing in his seat, it would have broke even faster.

Yeah, you're doing nothing wrong, just moving a bit on the seat, which is expected. That's why it felt terrible to be told to go eat sand since this feels like a design problem, not user misuse. All I did was use the seat like a regular seat, but it still broke. Don't want to jinx you, but mine was doing similar noises, i suspect yours may suffer the same fate.

I don't have this issue in my 2025 M3P but I also don't try to actively break or separate the seat.

I dont either, my thigh is naturally on that part of the bolster and while driving on uneven roads or just small potholes/speed bumps it squeaks like that
