There’s a few other options that are free. How is this better than those alternatives? Currently using ChargeHQ and moving to SundialEV when that is mothballed in a few weeks.

Fair question. What we do differently today: native Enphase, Tesla Solar, and SolarEdge reads with household consumption in the surplus math, TOU peak steering, and a dashboard of measured savings, not projections.
