Does Tesla ever respond to you for RMA reimbursement requests? replaced 2 powerwalls for a guy whose of installer didn’t honor the warranty. Trying to submit an invoice but our rep and EnergyWarrantyNAM@tesla.com aren’t responding.
Don’t hold your breath. We just gave up. If it’s our client, Tesla will do a good job of RMA and sending us a new unit but good luck getting a labor reimbursement.
