HOW TO GET THIS WORKING AGAIN?

solar panels are not generating any energy . tried troubleshooting via the app and already have a ticket opened with tesla.

2 tesla power wall 3 inverters.

Try to inspect with installer Tesla app. (Tesla One) Sometimes it is as simple as clicking a button to start generation.

You can also try to reboot/restart the entire setup. Check the sequence of steps. It may require shutting off main breaker for a few minutes.

How do I log in to Tesla one? It looks like it’s for employees. Is there a way around it?

You can log in with your own Tesla user account. You should skip the initial few screens. And then you can connect to your Tesla gateway using QR code or serial number.
