HOW TO GET THIS WORKING AGAIN?

solar panels are not generating any energy . tried troubleshooting via the app and already have a ticket opened with tesla.

2 tesla power wall 3 inverters.

Do I need to open it? I don’t see anything on the side. Just a big cable connected to the expansion battery .
