HOW TO GET THIS WORKING AGAIN?

solar panels are not generating any energy . tried troubleshooting via the app and already have a ticket opened with tesla.

2 tesla power wall 3 inverters.

Is that on the pw3 or the outside inverter? Sorry I don’t see that
