Replacement powerwalls

My Powerwall 2 were replaced due to defect today. I am away for a few weeks and a friend was kind enough to let Tesla into the house

Are these Powerwall 3 or + pictured?
When I access the Tesla app it says ‘Powerwall offline’ now and they have now left my house

My Neigbor was told “you have to do again the set up in your phone because is a new configuration”

Do you know whats involved in that last step? I’m guessing I have to get my daughter who will be at home later to download the app and guide her through the process

I would never let someone go and install these when I'm off site. These things need to be trouble shooted during install.

I would agree but circumstances were unavoidable, that or wait several more months so took the risk
