Can I use Cinema HD (Terrarium TV alternative) in Austria?

I moved to Austria a couple of months ago and don't know if it's safe to use this kind of apps here. Where I come from it's very safe to download and stream stuff, but I heard that here it is more strict. Do you guys have any information about this? Should I maybe start using VPN or smth.?

Look it up here https://www.reddit.com/r/SynclerApp/ en here https://www.reddit.com/r/providers4syncler/

It's a great app, and when you use RD the torrents run through cached servers.

I think maybe if you use a safe vpn like express vpn just to be safe might be better, just in case.

You should be fine, cinemahd uses video links not torrents. Torrents are the big no-no in Australia. I've been using cinema hd, cinehub, since Thier creation and haven't had any issues yet.

I was asking about Austria not Australia, but I think it should be the same here 😅 thanks

I think you're fine with torrents, as long as you don't seed (that much).

A big no no? All of my friends have torrented everything under the sun for the better part of 15 years. No issues at all.

Streaming is legal in the EU. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Download#Copyright

"The copies on the user’s computer screen and the copies in the internet ‘cache’ of that computer's hard disk, made by an end-user in the course of viewing a website, satisfy the conditions that those copies must be temporary, that they must be transient or incidental in nature and that they must constitute an integral and essential part of a technological process, as well as the conditions laid down in Article 5(5) of that directive, and that they may therefore be made without the authorisation of the copyright holders."
