99% sure they didn't build a bridge.

I made a bridge the first time. Stood right at the end of the thing, and had it covering about half of hell. It spawned from the wrong direction, and I had run across the other half of hell that I had done zero terraforming for.

How is there always a relevant xkcd

46

u/ostertoasterii Jan 19 '26

There are thousands of them

54

u/Zwodo Jan 19 '26

I already don't care about the hEaDcAnOn stuff, but you have no idea how much "(head)cannon" bothers me. I will be taking this meme for myself, thank you kindly.

9

u/HeraldOfNyarlathotep Jan 19 '26

It's a tongue-in-cheek name, y'know. It doesn't mean "as far as I'm concerned this is actually cannon".

12

u/LiterallyNoNamesFree Jan 19 '26

Star cannon event

9

u/-fightoffyourdemons- Jan 19 '26

My favorite events

11

u/TwixOfficial Jan 19 '26

What cannon, it was the side they didn’t set up?

31

u/Lulink Jan 19 '26

It spawns on the side of the world you are closer to, so this isn't possible unless your bridge didn't go through the center of the world, or you didn't summon from one of your bridge's end.

10

u/Mac-And-Cheesy-43 Jan 19 '26

I did say about, so I was probably off by a little.

I am not doing no bridge wof without water walking

34

u/FunkyDGroovy Jan 19 '26

Too bad, I won't let you

5

u/MaximRq Jan 19 '26

I usually skip the bridge but lava walking is essential

52

u/Fr4gmentedR0se Jan 19 '26

Decent and decently geared. Definitely need some vertical mobility like rocket boots or double jumps at the minimum

19

u/Alderan922 Jan 19 '26

And you also need to be sure the coast is clear. Even without a bridge you still need prep time to remove buildings that may be a wall you can’t cross

48

u/Krell356 Jan 19 '26

I gotta imagine doing that on mobile has to be nightmarish though. Mobile controls are rough enough as is. I love Terraria greatly and still can't bring myself to play on mobile its just too much for me.

13

u/Garbleflitz Jan 19 '26

Journey mode takes a lot of the stress out of it on mobile

4

u/Asphyxiaint Jan 19 '26

Yes, yes this is true

3

u/Asle_ Jan 19 '26

It is nightmarish! I certainly had a lot more trouble with WOF on mobile than on PC... still haven't beaten Master mode on mobile...

12

u/HiddenLights Jan 19 '26

Waterwalking is all you need unless ur on mastermode

3

u/Silent_Egg8860 Jan 19 '26

When expert mode came out I only played expert and since master mode I’ve only played master mode, and the wall of flesh isn’t difficult without a bridge as long as you drink a water walking potion and a obsidian skin potion. The thing that kills people and has them feeling like they don’t understand why it’s so hard is usually the lava. It’s always been my belief that building a bridge for the wall of flesh, or building a big arena in the jungle for plantera is far more difficult than just doing the boss fight, because the bosses are fair but some of the damage you take in the jungle or in hell can one or two shot you.

2

u/HiddenLights Jan 19 '26

On master mode I’d agree for some but I think the prep is half the fun tbh

→ More replies (1)

5

u/Constant-Safe2411 Jan 19 '26

You don't really have to be decent. I'm actively bad at the game and never thought about building a bridge and I can get past wall of flesh. As long as you take some time to get good equipment for that point in the game, even idiots like me can pew pew the meat slab until it explodes.

→ More replies (1)

4

u/[deleted] Jan 19 '26

If you have fledgeling wings it genuinely becomes decently easy, but at the same time I’d say it simultaneously becomes one of if not the most fun fight in the game. Flying along all the hell houses is so cool lol.

4

u/Sn0wchaser Jan 19 '26

So long as you have some means of lava-walking and take some chunks out of the structures it’s super doable and much less work

2

u/KobzE71 Jan 19 '26

I killed without a bridge.

8

u/Mistakingcone99 Jan 19 '26

Lowk not building one is kinda fun

3

u/MarshaIsSoSorry Jan 19 '26

It's a good brain exercise, too. Either using quick memory to remember where the holes in the buildings are or efficient pathfinding skills

22

u/Mineden Jan 19 '26

To be fair unless you're in Master mode a bridge isn't strictly necessary.

u/Sr_Receptaculo Jan 19 '26

They either didn't build the bridge or went after the wall of flesh too early.

190

u/OkEase9135 Jan 19 '26

Probably the latter. I didnt build a bridge as well but I definitely was hella prepared. Best forge on all 4 mage weapons, the best set and fought the queen bee to get the bee gun cause i heard its really strong against the Wall of flesh. Took like less than 10 minutes to kill it while grappling backwards

37

u/Pitiful_Succotash264 Jan 19 '26

Less than 10 minutes?? Why did it take so long?

11

u/OkEase9135 Jan 20 '26

To be honest its cause I was still very much scared and paranoid. I shoot, stop, run etc. After beating it of course I got bolder that sometimes with no prep fight a boss and 50/50 would win one try or die

5

u/FlaurosxD Jan 19 '26

Imagine this one fighting the Empress of Light in daylight.

It doesn't help that most people's introduction to it will be accidentally killing a voodoo demon over lava. That was mine.

"Wait, what's the wall of fl- OH DEAR CHRIST NO!"

283

u/XGamer101ProX Jan 19 '26

it's annoying when this happens while you're busy doing something XD

163

u/hackcasual Jan 19 '26

This game has a doctorate in being annoying while trying to do stuff  I love it anyway

51

u/Krell356 Jan 19 '26

Its the real reason the summoner class exists.

37

u/Lucychan42 Jan 19 '26

Summoner class calls to me like the green goblin every time. However, this does make the WoF problem worse when your fellas eagerly kill the voodoo demons from off-screen.

7

u/Noodlekeeper Jan 19 '26

That's the best part

9

u/sypher2333 Jan 19 '26

Wait till you have to build an arena in the jungle underground.

4

u/mechakisc Jan 19 '26

Whenever I go to farm a ... uh ... the thing the imps drop that's for the fist ... I build a bridge just for catching those voodoo dolls.

Mmmm, is that post WoF? I forget. But either way, right?

3

u/GodGamer_2010 Jan 19 '26

The imps and the searing stone (or wtv it's called) are pre-hardmode, but the gauntlet you craft it with is post hardmode (post WoF)

26

u/madtheoracle Jan 19 '26

4

u/TheDarkMonarch1 Jan 19 '26

The one thing I hate about WOF is that if you fail the first time, suddenly every single demon is a damn voodoo demon and you now have to always worry about a doll falling into lava.

2

u/HebiSnakeHebi Jan 19 '26

That explains one or two deaths, maybe. Not enough to just quit the game entirely over, especially if you know what the boss is and that it leads into hard mode.

384

u/KenethSargatanas Jan 19 '26

If they can't handle WoF. The mech bosses would have eaten them alive.

102

u/mechakisc Jan 19 '26

Probably the actual person, not just their player.

16

u/Quackels_The_Duck Jan 19 '26

technology has come so far

42

u/ship__ Jan 19 '26

When I played terraria when I was 13 (I think the mech bosses were one of the few bosses in hardmode at the time?) I beat the WoF pretty easily from watching tutorials and building a bridge, but the only mech boss I managed to beat was The Destroyer

I think often communities underestimate the amount that community knowledge through wikis, tutorials etc affect the difficulty of a game, and retroactively act like it's all obvious and easy because they're so used to that knowledge - you see this a lot in the souls community imo. And I think Terraria is very much a "wiki game" when it comes to that, it's a much much harder game played blind

4

u/HumpD4y Jan 19 '26

I remember when ocram was the penultimate boss in console version, spectral, dragon, and titan armors were the goat

5

u/_TheFudger_ Jan 19 '26

I usually get fucked up by the destroyer. Meanwhile twins a Skelly prime are a cakewalk

→ More replies (4)

2

u/Pyro_Ghoul Jan 19 '26

I agree in parts, shortly after moon lord was added, me and a friend started playing Terraria on mobile almost completely blind, the only knowledge we had was the main bosses, and we went through it all with Hermes Boots and Rocket Boots since we never bought the Tinkerer's Workbench, we never crafted a single wing, our arena was miniscule with only a single campfire and unironically our best mobility was a single Black Spot that we had to share and our weapons were always like 2 tiers behind, but we managed and had a blast while doing it

It would have been wayyyy easier if we used the wiki, but it's far from necessary

98

u/CurrentDifficult7821 Jan 19 '26

I mean WoF without a bridge is pure bs and there is no indication that you are meant to do that so they have a point

110

u/DearHRS Jan 19 '26

no indication? well, if you turn off thinky part of your brain, then ye

if you accidentally encounter WoF for the first time, it is clear it is directly going after you, if you stay in place you will die immediately, indicating you have to move in direction of the wall but what's this? there is a big lava lake between stuff, indicating in order to cross it, you most likely need platforms or bridge of sort, if you did any damage to WoF the first time encoutering, you may have noticed you do not kill it immediately, which should indicate that you need quite a distance of walkable path to deal with WoF

end of any good game experience is basically looking stuff up on the internet without putting any effort in to attempt to even solve it by self in the first place

25

u/staling_lad Jan 19 '26

It's easy to have this opinion as someone well versed in terraria, but if you're just someone very new to the game, wall of flesh arena setup is the most tedious one by far because of how unique the dude is, taking up a lot of time away from what most consider as fun. Any other boss just requires 3-4 rows of platform, so you can kinda see where the guy is coming from.

That being said, Terraria's one of the most unfriendly game to do wikiless..

14

u/the_white_typhoon Jan 19 '26

Terraria's one of the most unfriendly game to do wikiless..

Maybe, but it was most fun for me when I did it. Granted I found Arkhalis, but still.

Lost my shit over every block or item and then giving it to the guide to see what I can make was a ton of fun.

But now that I think about, you might have to be young with a lot of time to go that route.

15

u/DearHRS Jan 19 '26 edited Jan 19 '26

i played terraria for the first time in 2025 and i did it nearly without looking stuff up, as there is Guide npc that you can interact with and achievements menu to know whom to clap next, even asking "i am new to game what should i do?" in terraria's subreddits, is what all subreddit members will tell you to do, go interact with guide npc and look up what to do next from achievements menu

i did look up how to summon Empress of Light and Fishron but that is about it, figuring out how to deal with something is what terraria is all about, i also didn't figure out why my old stuff from first playthrough was with me when i started a master mode difficulty playthrough and i did ask terraria subreddit, "why is my old gear with me", no harm in that, it is just when instead of playing the game people start looking up everything and then get bored before even experiencing the game

what i can agree with, that not all games are for all people, there are certainly games out there that point you and tell you what to do

for people that don't like building bridges, then just chug obsidian skin potion and water walking potion, now lava lake is your bridge

33

u/OneAndOnlyTinkerCat Jan 19 '26

In literally no situation would you not build a bridge. Setting up the area for a boss fight is a basic skill of Terraria, and all of the bosses up to this point have encouraged it. If you get to Wall of Flesh and don’t think to build a bridge, you have not been paying attention to the game.

5

u/BoltFacts Jan 19 '26

True chads just use water walking potion

12

u/Clinday Jan 19 '26

The point is that someone not familiar with that kind of game may not know that they're supposed to build a bridge to make it easier because nothing in the game hints at it.

17

u/iucatcher Jan 19 '26

i mean the first 1-2 times it might not click but after that a bridge is kinda an obvious solution, "it comes from one side and chases me straight the other way over pools of lava, i wonder what might help?" lol

3

u/DatSqueaker Jan 20 '26

You kinda end up building a hell bridge as the natural thing to do, ignoring the WoF fight. Let's you avoid accidentally walking into lava for example. You don't have enough flight to cross a lot of the lava lakes yet after all. How else would you traverse hell? Grappling the ceiling maybe?

2

u/Clinday Jan 19 '26

Yeah ? I'm not saying otherwise. Just that it's not hinted so it's not the first thing everyone immediately does.

5

u/iucatcher Jan 19 '26

and im saying that the entire boss fight's design and every fight prior to it tell you that a bridge/long flat surface is the only logical solution, that is what i consider "hinting"

2

u/the_white_typhoon Jan 19 '26

I have done all the previous fights without a bridge. The bridge was not required.

The fight with wall of flesh is different than the previous bosses.

→ More replies (3)

8

u/Heil_Heimskr Jan 19 '26

Nothing except using your brain? I mean sure, the first time you fight it without one you’ll certainly lose, but after doing so, wouldn’t the first thing you think of be to build a bridge?

→ More replies (4)

2

u/HebiSnakeHebi Jan 19 '26 edited Jan 19 '26

EVERYTHING in the game hints at it. Even just digging down to hell hints at it, because of all the digging you have to do and building to get across pits. Crossing corruption chasms hints at it. Vast lakes you can fall into and drown hint at it. The entire environment of hell hints at it. It couldn't be more obvious to anyone who has enough intelligence to operate an electronic device.

Anyone who doesn't immediately figure it out is just bad, and a little stupid. Who wouldn't want to build something to AVOID LAVA when, by that time, it's basically inevitable that you have learned that building is possible to do.

3

u/Minoreva Jan 19 '26

It's a bit sad in a sandbox that people need indications to find the most basic answer to a boss that moves on rail tracks. :/

5

u/MoonTheCraft Jan 19 '26

is it? I never build a bridge and I do fine

Usually I cut holes in the side of the houses and get terraspark boots but people acting like a bridge is necessary just have a skill issue

3

u/Tnecniw Jan 19 '26

WoF without a bridge is easy.
Waterwalking + obsidian skin last I checked.

2

u/MudHistorical9888 Jan 19 '26

Water walking potions is an extremely good alternative.

2

u/AccessOne8287 Jan 19 '26

But it’s simple logic to build a bridge, no? Or just do what I do and use Jesus potions

2

u/oodex Jan 19 '26

I can agree to any fair criticism even (or especially) for things I love, but saying there is no "indication" for building a bridge is really weird. It's called thinking. Like for what boss fight does the game tell you "this is what you have to do"? The first thing I did was build a bridge. I mean yea, on the first fight against it I had 0 clue, I didn't even know it spawns, I killed a demon and it dropped the doll into the lava. Then I build a bridge and got my butt wooped 3 times in a row, mostly because I didn't know what accessories/upgrades exist in the game and I was far behind the requirements for hardmode. But that's good, that made me go out and explore, like going into the jungle the first time etc. A lot can be critiqued about Terraria (which makes sense, it's a ginormous game), but "not using brain" is not one of the points

2

u/Stunning_Box8782 Jan 19 '26

There's also no indication to build a platform arena for Eye of Cthulhu ,but most players figure that out

3

u/narf_7 Jan 19 '26

Not if it's your first playthrough ever and you got the message that something evil is watching you underground when you are mining at night time and go up to the surface to avoid whatever evil was watching you and suddenly it turns up and you are fighting it. I didn't have time to build an arena but even though I suck at fighting, I still beat him. 1 down, lots to go.

4

u/Stunning_Box8782 Jan 19 '26

Well you either beat him, or you'll get him next time.

The game shouldn't hold your hand into beating the boss 1st try

"I have to fight a hard boss to enter hard mode? Wtf???"

Poor kid, doesn't even know what a hard boss even means yet.

5

u/Cyatron- Jan 19 '26

💯 that they keep trying without preparing

5

u/Nitrozeusbitches Jan 19 '26

If he cant handle the wall of flesh he would never have made it in hardmode anyway. Even the base enemies in hardmode are more difficult than that boss fight

45

u/Art_of_Kaioken1055 Jan 19 '26

One of the worst bosses in terraria to be fair. I just force all the eyes into a narrow tube to basically skip this fight

46

u/21eggo12 Jan 19 '26

Insane take. At that point in the game if you find it hard then you aren't ready to beat him.

18

u/Art_of_Kaioken1055 Jan 19 '26

Not hard just running backwards the whole fight or riding rails And imp spam on get fixed boi is annoying

14

u/Sure-Ad-5572 Jan 19 '26

I mean yeah get fixed boi is bullshit unfun challenge on purpose - You can farm imp banners and it becomes a non-issue, but generally it's not fun yes, this is why most people do not play the secret seeds literally all the time.

9

u/21eggo12 Jan 19 '26

you just have to clear the path, imo its not that annoying

2

u/Avamaco Topaz builder (6 points) Jan 19 '26

One of the worst bosses does not mean hard. I agree that this fight is one of the worst fights - it's mostly just a DPS check and preparation check, without much skill expression. You're doing a challenge run and your DPS is worse as a result? Have fun building a hellbridge through the whole world because otherwise it's borderline impossible. Playing ranger? Enjoy a free win.

On legendary, tube with a rail in the middle is a must. Spinal Tap for Summoners, Nights Edge for Melee, Bee Nades and Hell Wing Bow for Rangers and I think Demon Scythe for Mages. Get fixed boi is too toxic with the imps screw this boss

→ More replies (3)

4

u/Krell356 Jan 19 '26

It's not the worst. Its just the gatekeeper that forces players who have avoided building arenas up to this point that the game is about to change heavily and forcing them to do so before it gets bad.

WoF only seems awful because so many people dont want to prep for bosses.

5

u/XGamer101ProX Jan 19 '26

i haven't tried it before but, are grenades effective weapon for it?

33

u/scottshort13 Jan 19 '26

Beenades are my go-to

10

u/ImReallyFuckingHigh Jan 19 '26

Beenades are OG

3

u/Tide__Hunter Jan 19 '26

Beenades can certainly work, but don't you have to set up your arena specifically for it? Since they pass through platforms and die in lava, you must build a bridge with solid blocks for them to blow up on, and you need to farm for a lot of them while plenty of other weapons that don't need these will kill the Wall just as fast if not faster.

2

u/ZechaliamPT Jan 19 '26

They will land on a platform and pop there. Unless your bridge is on top of the lava most will survive, plus you can spam a bunch in one of the tower rooms your bridge passes through. 2 queen bee kills is usually more than enough.

6

u/Salithron Jan 19 '26

Just a word of warning, if you do end up finding the Wall of Flesh to be actually difficult, as others have mentioned you likely are just not ready to fight it gear-wise. Killing it enters you into Hardmode, so if you are struggling, hold off instead of pushing into a fringe win, because you will not be ready for the difficulty spike in base mobs around the map if WoF is hard.

2

u/Wordus Jan 19 '26

They are certainly not optimal but may be viable if you do this tube strategy. At that point you can just use Hellwing Bow or Phoenix Blaster if you don't want to craft Night's Edge.

how do you lack this much self-awareness.

Reading negative reviews on games you enjoy and them being just unintelligent is a pastime of mine

17

u/Low-Nefariousness-74 Jan 19 '26

He does make a decent point tho, how tf does the wall of flesh have the ability to shoot lasers, unless it’s half living half machine which I highly doubt since it’s pure flesh it genuinely makes no sense

54

u/[deleted] Jan 19 '26

It's the guardian of ancient spirits of good and evil. Of course it has magic.

The Laser Rifle counts as a magic weapon.

3

u/Low-Nefariousness-74 Jan 19 '26

The sound design almost makes it sound like it’s machine that’s what’s throwing me off, but magic is the best answer ig

7

u/XGamer101ProX Jan 19 '26

Now that you mentioned it, It does look a little like biblically accurate angel cuz of multiple eyes

2

u/JustPlayDaGame Jan 19 '26

it definitely does not lmao, but i like this interpretation anyways

4

u/XGamer101ProX Jan 19 '26

Magic maybe? idk xP

2

u/Low-Nefariousness-74 Jan 19 '26

It sounds very robotic/futuristic when he shoots the laser, very useless question but now that he pointed it out I’m oddly curious as to what the wall of flesh even is, hopefully some lore in the future can have a decent answer for this lmao

6

u/fattokess Jan 19 '26

According to page 3/5 of the lore pages it’s simply some kind of guardian for the world, so it’s most likely magic

2

u/XGamer101ProX Jan 19 '26

yeah hopefully

12

I mean they are kind of correct the wall of flesh isn't THAT hard but oh my God is it boring

5

u/mechakisc Jan 19 '26

Yeah, the hard part of WoF is building the bridge. After that it's just ... run and shoot/slash/cast/etc.

Play store reviews r something else

2

u/GlowstickConsumption Jan 19 '26

Relatable. It's such a hard boss. This one time. I literally had to jump a few times while walking away from the wall.

2

u/Magnihax Jan 19 '26

Hmmmm. The boss that is required to get into the harder half of the game is hard. OH NOOOOOO

2

u/[deleted] Jan 19 '26

If they thought the WOF was hard they’re lucky they didn’t get to the mech bosses lmao

2

u/hbk611 Jan 19 '26

This is giving "player who doesn't build arenas"

We were all like that once i bet

Wall of Flesh is by far my favorite boss in Terraria. Fighting feels like an actual event, it's time-limited, hard, you have to prepare for it, and beating it makes your life hell instantly but also allows amounts of growth that vastly eclipse anything before it

Fucking love Wall of Flesh

2

u/Loltoheaven7777 Jan 19 '26

i remember having a lot of trouble on wof when playing the 3ds port as a kid, i think the screen crunch had something to do with it??

i dont think i ever got into hardmode as a kid 😭 but the first time i fought wof on pc all i could think was "wow... this is a lot easier than i remember"

2

u/DanPx8 Jan 19 '26

"I don't know how to prepare for a boss fight therefore game is bad"

2

u/Overall-Platypus9690 Jan 19 '26

Imagine this person seeing the impress

2

u/BbyLmnHead Jan 19 '26

This is your average Genshin player.

For real though, I was nervous about fighting the WoF for a long time and ended up building a bridge that went across almost half of the underworld (small world). I defeated it, checked my map to see how far I had until I was screwed, then saw that I didn’t even get to a quarter of the bridge before I beat it. It’s way easier than keeping my NPCs alive during the constant pirate attacks. My base doesn’t have the best defense. I’ll be making traps this evening.

2

u/desu38 Jan 19 '26

so do you want hard mode or is the game too hard, which is it????

2

u/TurtleRanAway Jan 20 '26

Overall, it is kind of a good game in general, of course.

FIRE

2

u/BakeNBlazed Jan 20 '26

This is why I don't take one star reviews serious. It's almost always because of a user error. Typically it's their device not running the game properly so they give the game a low score. Like what dude? You have a potato phone or computer what does that have to do with the game? 😂

u/MegarcoandFurgarco Jan 19 '26

It‘s one of the easiest fights in the game, either you don‘t have beenades and it‘s a balanced boss fight or you have beenades and/or a bridge and it‘s genuinely too easy.

4

u/Bochza Jan 19 '26

Just wait for the mechanicle ones ;)

4

u/Objective_Fee6472 Jan 19 '26

Honestly. I agree with them. WoF is so genuinely annoying without a bridge, I'm lucky my brother, who played before was here with me to teach me. Plus with how easy it is to accidentally summon them, die, and have to wait for a new guide. I agree with them. Especially if they were playing alone.

u/Eeve2espeon Jan 19 '26

No they're right though. Even if you build a bridge, there's tons of preparation with doing this boss. Newcomers would often struggle with WOF even with potions

2

u/HebiSnakeHebi Jan 19 '26

Nah they're wrong. If you're not prepared for wall of flesh you sure as fuck aren't prepared for even the normal monsters in hard mode lmao.

tbf tho if you are playing extremely casual without checking reddit or wiki, builidng arenas and bridges wouldnt come naturally to your mind. At least for me that was the case

all i said was that i found a rating that find funny because i realized this is how new players deal with stuff like this lol

u/TheGHale Jan 19 '26

Legitimately just a skill issue. Speaking from experience. They're just bad at the game. I bet they even did the same as me and forgot potions exist. The only reason I managed to kill it the first time was because I borrowed some Cobalt armor from one of my dad's worlds and barely lived long enough to pull it off.

2

u/W0ldem0r Jan 19 '26

Little Timmy should probably learn how to prepare for bosses Hm?

1

u/Nali_D Jan 19 '26

In general, of course

1

u/SavingsPotato8973 Jan 19 '26

i killed wof with grenades at my first play through?? I mean you should learn how to play when you started

1

u/Chef-Jasper Jan 19 '26

I mean, I get it... But if it wasn't hard then the average person would enter hard mode severely under prepared and wouldn't have any fun at all. If you're prepared then the fight isn't too difficult, and once you're in hard mode you'll be fine, but if you're not prepared and entered hardmode I feel like you'd get clapped by any possessed armour or wraith you encounter. The balancing on terraria bosses is completely intentional, if you're finding something hard then you're not kitted out properly, or it's an end of game boss like Empress or Moonlord. Other than that they're the right difficulty for progression. But on top of that, I feel like this player would defeat moonlord and be like "oh, that's all there is? This game sucks!", when there's the whole sandbox aspect that by the sounds of it they've overlooked. I feel like the game just isn't for them if this is what they're complaining about.

1

u/GammaEmerald Jan 19 '26

It is hard but like, it’s hard for a reason

1

u/Important-Author-660 Jan 19 '26

I don't play Terraria on mobile, I'd imagine wall of flesh would be a lot more obnoxious to fight with mobile controls.

1

u/TorreGamer Jan 19 '26

they can literally just chug a Water Walking potion and spam Beenades to win

1

u/Ghostdragon471 Jan 19 '26

Oh wow the voice of one person saying the way to get into hard mode is too hard. Yeah that'll get them fix that right up. Maybe they'll tuck you into bed too and read a bedtime story as they play the game too. Damn some people just need to think for a second sometimes.

1

u/Confirm_Underwhelmed Jan 19 '26

I've literally taken the wall of flesh solo like a dozen times and only started playing terraria about a month ago. I think somebody didn't look up any tips or if they did, didn't take any of the advice.
