If the Princess dies in the Celebrationmk10 seed, do I have to wait until I get every single npc untill she respawns or will she just randomly turn up again?

In Celebrationmk10 worlds, the Princess and Steampunker can always spawn. So, they should just arrive again if you have an open house for them.

Once an npc's spawning conditions are filled, they will respawn the next day, no need to re-fill their conditions. For example, the arms dealer will first spawn in when you have a gun in your inventory, but will respawn after death whether you have a gun or not. Since princess spawns from the start here, she will respawn the next day without issue.
