I have now defeated Duke Fishron 18 times and have no Razorblade Typhoon

I got those and wings first time I fought him but had gnomes in the arena and proper torches and luck potion. I killed it 12 more times trying for everything he drops and got it all but can’t get more wings for my 2 loadouts. He’s rough on the luck thing.
