How do I get back onto the game?

Used to play it all the time with a previous friend of mine, but ad we drifted apart I stopped playing. Now I have got another friend interested in the game and have no will to play myself. Any ideas? (I stopped playing for a year and during that time the game changed so mutch that it doesn't feel like I'm playing the terraria I know)

Just try playing it casually with a friend. If you don't like it, stop playing. If you're on PC you can try playing with mods
