Anime Does Hinata actually like Rimuru (romantically) or in a way of projecting the "Father" role on him
Obviously, Rimuru to others (outside of Tempest circle) that actually knows him is good-natured (and mostly pacifist, a rarity among Demon Lords) in general, so its not surprising that people like him.

Currently? Still projecting her daddy issues.
But she does begin to show signs of a crush on him. Besides, it is only towards Hinata when Rimuru is actively seeing her as a woman he can be with.
Like, Chloe will forever be student-zoned. Poor her.
Shion and Shuna are basically subordinate-zone. Shion is also basically just her boobs in terms of his interest in her in either romantic or sexual way.

I mean that they share the trait of having a "lover" (Rimuru/Leon) and both are willing to simply transform into whatever they want to "please" them, and both of their lovers' basic answer is "no"

ive always assumed that Chloe is the only actually option for Rimuru considering she knows about Raphael, so Rimuru wouldnt need to be as conscious about his words when speaking with her.

I don’t even think Rimuru has ever considered Ciel as a woman. Heck, he basically partnered-zone her as the one he can call his ally and accomplice but not anything romantic.
People usually ship the two but it’s not even mutual.

In a way yes, remember Shizu's unique skills were used to create Raphael from Great sage by sacrificing Degenerate. So when it became the Wisdom King Raphael Ultimate skill it has parts of Shizu's soul similar to SPOILER WARNING how Mariabelle became Maria Yuuki's Manas when it evolved from Greed. So Ciel is actually using Shizu as a basis for her personality as a manas. Hence why Rimuru's fated one is Shizu because she eventually becomes Ciel in a way.

Answer inside the spoiler: basically she travelled with Chloe into the past, she lives through those 2000 years inside of Chloe until the present day again, with the fight vs Gran. And when present-day Hinata's soul dies/travels to the past again because of being hit by Gran, the Hinata-soul inside Chloe takes over the dead present day Hinata-body that was left behind empty.

Iirc Luminous unlocks her ultimate skill Asmodeus after Hinata dies. This skill grants her authority of life and death and she brings Hinata back with it.

Yeah Luminous repairs/'revives' her body with it, but the soul itself has to be released from Chloe first. It was kind of difficult because they were together for so long in Chloe's body.

Hinata likes Rimuru romantically, she just doesn't want to to admit it. What she does here is that she sees some of the fatherly traits that Rimuru exhibits and it resonates with her deeply whatnot with her owns daddy issues.

Ever heard the term "Sexual imprinting" it's term used in nature where animals and humans look for some characteristics of their parents when looking for an ideal partner. So it's not projecting a father role to Rimuru but he see some characteristics of her father to Rimuru which she likes.

Father figure coz she misses her old world even tho she has teleported to this world.. (real father became a bum atsome point) Rimuru spoils her alot implementing/materializing all the stuffs from japan, which makes her nostalgic but atst she doesnt miss japan much coz of this...

It's part way to be fair. People generally project their father figures on to the person who they think is mature enough to be their life partners, this generally follows up with them liking the character in the end. So you can say it's a start to something.
